The first one looks underexposed. Perhaps you should've flashed the lady.
Of course, by that I mean using your camera's flash to fill the underexposed areas ;)

I like the second one, though I feel there's something missing. Also, the van kind of grabs my attention.

Love the 3rd one. Really nice DOF.

The 4th one is missing something. The colors are great, but the shadow might be too long, specially the one on the dolfin's nose.

arent you supposed to underexpose the subject if you want a sillouhette (sp?) effect?

I saw these earlier today. You're getting better bud, much better.

I like the first one, try brightening up the lighter bits a touch more with curves.
I like the second quite a bit.
I don't like the third photo, but the DOF is great, the photo is just kinda meh.
Same with the last, photo is kinda blah, but the technique is good.

Keep up the good work, you're showing quick improvement.
