Hi all, quick question. I took a picture with my 20D and kit lens at full wide and the pic had black in all four corners.
What has this? Some type of vignette?
Any ideas

Do you have a UV filter on it? Might be too thick for the 18mm.

Yep - sounds like vignetting. Phil is probably right. Try the same types of shots with and without the filter (same 18 mm, f-stop, etc). I think you'll see a significant difference.

You can get an ultra thin Hoya skylight filter for around $30 that should solve the problem, if that's what it turns out to be.
