I've installed the Zoombrowser software that came with my A85 but cannot see how to automatically delete images from CF Card as I upload (or is it download?) to my pc. Surely this option is available????

I have this same software for transferring files from my A70 - I don't think there is such an option. Not a bad idea, I think, in case the file isn't saved correctly onto the HD.

There is an option to delete everything on the card in one go - both from ZoomBrowser and on the camera. Look for the "format card" option.

Excellent photoblog, Caimin. Lots of nice stuff to shoot in Rome, huh? How far does it go back? I went back to Jan. 1st.. I think you need a different system for that, though. Now if I want to go back further I have to click all the way through Jan.. You know what I mean? Check out Will Duncans blog8:88 . I love that blog. Look for it on this forum. Too bad he's gotten busy and has to take a break on it. Anyway, he's got a good system.

Joroma. I don't believe there's a way to do that. You just have to go to menu on your camera ane hit delete all.

Thanks.

It goes back to the beginning of December. You're right - categorised archives are something I've got planned. Hoping to have that done over the next week or so. Along with a comments system... the list goes on. Glad you liked it though!

Yea, it really is a beautiful gallery, though. These little A series cameras are something, aren't they? I didn't notice you had taken these with the A70 untill after I looked at them. Unreal. I'm eyeing the Pan FZ20 to compliment my A75, though. I need some zoom! I'm trying to hold off untill the PMA. Someone is bound to come out with something better as soon as I buy it. Isn't that how all electronics are?

I've been delighted with the A70 - I'd recommend it to anyone. That said, I believe it's out of production now.
