Heheheh... :) Her ponytail holder thingie just stood out.... the day was overcast and really dull... but from the distance I saw it, bright and pink... so I waited till she approached, and took the picture :)

interesting shot, something I can't bring myself to do... I'm too self-conscious about just taking a picture of someone like that, I don't like drawing attention to myself that way.

She does look pretty zoned out, though, probably drowning out the world with her music, trying to ignore that crazy man with the camera :D
I'm in no way fond of those piercings, though.... she'd look much better without them.

I very much doubt she is listening to Westlife or Bryan Adams type of music. ;)
Nice timing. I tried my new 50mm today, and did some candids of workmates. They weren't too happy when they heard the shutter go off.

It looks like she was thinking of upcoming day and probably didn't even notice you. This is the classic "I've got class at 8:00 AM and my life sucks look". ;) She is a very pretty girl. Keep showing up at the same time everyday and post a photo montage of her. Maybe she'll eventually one day stop and talk to you. You might score. :p

She's a pretty girl ... apart from the piercings :rolleyes:

I like the DOF control and the colour of the hair holder thingy. Did you selectively desaturate some of the colours in PS or is this as shot?
