Trick to convert color profiles in Elements 3

While I have not tried this yet it looks to be a great solution (if a bit convoluted) to the color management issue of not being able to convert an image from Adobe RGB to sRGB for web use. I am anxious to try it out, although I am also considering purchasing Qimage as suggested which would also solve the problem.
