Has anybody used these products? I just spend two days at the sportsshooter boot camp and had a chance to shoot with them. It will give your speedlites a LOT more use. David Honl is also an amazing photog! I plan to get the grids, snoot and "flags".

I have a couple of speed straps and a gel kit. They work well, I like them. Sorry I can't give a lengthy review, but the items I have are not too complicated. I've heard complaints about the speed straps being cumbersome, as opposed to glue-on velcro strips. What ever. The straps work for me. I'm not a glue-on kind of a guy - at least not yet.

I agree with Phil. I've got pretty much everything they make. There is nothing complicated about any of it. You can make it all yourself. I just chose not to and I'm happy with all of it. It works.

Thanks! I will be probably ordering the (2) speed traps, (2) snoots , (2) grids and the gels.

I've just ordered some last month and only worked with the snoots but they are well made and easy to store/carry. Another vote of approval from me.

Of all the stuff I've bought, I use the gobo the most. There must be a million ways to block the light, but this way is really easy. No brain power required.
The most fun stuff are the gels. Again, you can make them yourself, but these work great with the speed straps and allow you to be really creative (or really ugly)

Yeah I did a shoot of a wrestler with David Honl and all his stuff, during a sportsshooter bootcamp. It is so flexible and easy to setup. Plus they are not that expensive.

I also have all the products and love them, as others have said all this stuff can be DIY but the Honl Products are so well made and not very costly.
I give all the products 10 of 10 for build and ease of use. I have links to the products in my gear list in my sig
