Lowepro Lens Case for 17-55 + Hood?

I am hoping someone would have this combination:

Would a 17-55 with hood reversed fit in a 1W (http://products.lowepro.com/product/Lens-Case-1W,1950,11.htm) or do I need to get the 4S (http://products.lowepro.com/product/Lens-Case-4S,1955,11.htm)?

The 4S should fit it. I got the 4S for my 24-70L and AFAIK the two lenses are about the same size.
