Possibly a Hawk

This is my first real attempt at 'moving' wildlife. I took around 20 shots of this bird with all but about 3 hitting the trash can! Most were blurred due to camera shake or poor focus as the light was real poor.

I am not sure what this bird is, maybe you know? I think is some kind of Hawk.

Anyway what do you think?

That is a superb shot. Does the bell on the foot indicate it is used for falconry or something ?.

I really like the capture, colors and DOF. How would it look with all of his feet in the image? Would that spoil an otherwise perfect crop?

A fantastic shot of a Hawk,. around here we have a bird called a Harris' Hawk which this is a dead ringer for,. but over the pond in the UK there are other birds and other names,. so I would not bet the farm on Harris... ;)
