hi all, just poppin in to say ...love my powershot s300 canon digital.
and my rebel eos...

im also looking for some lense for my eos,
also
speaking of rebels.i have a quick question. ..recently mine has this line going down the almost center of the window when pic is being taken, it shows on my pic too...any idea what this could be,i recently had it cleaning but it still there.can something be replaced ? or do i need a whole new body...
id like to go digital...big body type but digital...could i use the lenses i have now like my 80mm too 300mm on the digital big bodies?just wondering.

I have a similar S400 as wel as my larger camerasl,. and it is a handy little camera for sure ;) Very nice to have something that is always with you in a pocket :)

Regarding your Rebel,. we are talking about a film Rebel? I'm not at all sure what could cause the problem you describe,.. if it is showing up in your images it would seem it would have to be on the lens? But maybe I'm mistaken,.. a light leak?

As for your lenses,. yes,. any lenses you have that will fit an EOS film camera will work on an EOS Digital as well. Assuming you can get your Rebel working again,. you could have a stable of fine lenses and both a film and digital body that will work with your lens collection.
