How to distribute proofs

I will be taking photos of the puppet team at church this month. There are about 20 members.

Proofs are a must.

In the past, I tried showing the proofs on the laptop, or attaching them to envelopes . Neither one of those options was really great.

Is there some other way to streamline the proof & ordering process?

For event photography you get unlimited space for uploads and they can order right through there and they process creditcards. And you can choose to use them for your lab and shipping or do self fulfillment. Everything is customizable fromt he look of the site to pricing, they will never know that are not on your site even the shipping comes with your return address

Put them into a nice proof book? I have used www.whcc.com and they will assemble the proofs into 8.5x11 or 11x14 pages with a chosen number of images per page, 6 for example, and then put the pages into a spiral binding. I find it a nice presentation tool.
