We have had a lot of rain recently and I was notified I need rubber mats for all the kids to kneel on for both Team and Individual pictures. Can someone make some recommendations on color clear, green etc Being that it is the last second I am trying to figure out if a tarp would look terrible or if I could find some small rubber mats for the kids to kneel on. I was thinking clear myself Any suggestions?

Yes, a tarp is likely going to look terrible. It's also unlikely to be nearly as durable and easy to work with as a good mat.
I'd check your local Costco/Sams/Home Depot/Lowes for a large doormat -- you should probably be able to find some that are 3'x5' without much trouble. Depending on how large the teams are, you'll need to decide how many you'll need. They'll be a pretty standard grey/black color, and shouldn't attract much attention.
The only clear option I can imagine would be like a chair roller that sits at a desk for an office chair, and I don't see that as easily portable or all that appealing.

Thanks I have found some olive brown waterproof material that I have cut up into small squares so hopefully they won't show nearly as much as the tarp and was a lot less expensive then the $10 a pop floor mats, that would have costs me some cash. thanks I hope it won't be too distracting
