View Full Version : Proof on a CD?

For my senior pictures, the photographer put my proofs on a CD that timed out after 2 weeks and I was thinking about doing that for some of my clients instead of my online gallery. Do any of you do this? Do you put a watermark on them even though they aren't right-clickable? (some people actually know what the print screen button is for!) And does anyone know where I can download such software? Thanks!!

Do either of these programs have the option to "time-out" the CD?

FotoMagico does, you can set to time or number of plays.

If I can see something I can copy it, so can your customers. Many (most?) professional portrait photographers only show proofs in their office/studio during a viewing/ordering session, they don't offer proofs in any form, electronic or physical. Offering proof reduces sales.
