Are releases needed..

There was a championship kite surfing comp. here this past week, I took some shots and I was wondering if I need releases signed in order to post here. I have no intention of selling any of them. Just wanted to share them. Thanks for any help.

Releases are generally not needed unless the images are being used for commercial purposes.
