Kinda new at this forum, but I am in love with digital photography. I have a canon digital rebel, with the kit lens (what i used for these) and a sigma 50mm macro. Hopefully I will get the Canon 28-135 mm soon, just need some money. Enough of blabering her are my photos

Wow- I looked at that 1st man and automatically thought- he looks to be from Charlestown, Southie or Dorchester- then I noticed the title " faces of boston " !




PS- Welcome to the forum. I recently purchased my 1st dslr after 20 years of being an slr user. I still use both.

thanks for the comments, what i find annoying is I work at school on this very strangley calibrated monitor that is hooked up to an epson 2200, I think RGB 1998 calibration. It always seems to make the colors look wierd on other screens, esp. my Powerbook. Some of these pictures the color is a little off, but they print fine.

I think the first one is outstanding; the second is just a tad too soft, and the third--Eh!

The first one is a great portrait. Lots of character in those eyes.
