Sorry, I've never dug into the history of the areas Indian tribes. When I was younger (preteen) I saw my Uncle's arrowhead collection. He has (possibly) hundreds of them. He used to farm, and he would stop the tractor, & jump off to get them. Years later I had a roommate who went out searching for them. He asked me to join him & I was HOOKED. Then I took my Sons out and they too, were HOOKED.
Unfortunately we have NOT been out searching in years. (no excuse):(

I would guess that this was a tool.
