I shot these during the morning. This is my daughter and she was outside playing with the ball, since it was very cold, she came inside and I shot the other pic with her looking tru the window. I converted the images into B&W using photoshop. In the 2nd one I used blur for the background. I would apreciate comments please.

I like #1 the best but would like to see if you can open any detail in the shadows thru a curves adjustment in PS. Looks like a lot of detail in her coat is gone--it's just kind of a blob.

But I LOVE the capture, the expression, etc. Nice stuff!
