Which P&S???

Hi all,

Im looking to get my gf a p&s and have got it down to two choices.
1. Ixus 860IS/ SD870
2. Panasonic Lumix FS20

Can anyone who's got either please let me know what your views are on these cameras. I've done some reading both on POTN and other sites as well as played with both at the local camera store and I still cant decide between the two.

i have the sd870is and i loved it. Can't say anything about the Panasonic cause i never touch one before.
