Looking for 70-200 f/2.8L docs.

Hey, some of you guys might remember I asked which lens to buy late last month, well I picked this lens up today. Unfortunatly the only thing it doesnt come with is any of the documentation. If you haven't guessed already, I never buy new.

Anyone have a nice scan or good shot of the paper from this lens? I sold the f4 and didnt think of copying it before I turned it over, nevertheless I'd like to have some form papers for this, even if it only is a print-out.

What do you need the documentation for ? I got mine without any papers as well and learned to use it after about 10 minutes.

I don't know that model but depending on what features it has i guess persian might like to know about focus limiters,available accesories,wether it's a true parfocal (sp?) lens,etc?

I know how to use it, it's the same as my old f/4. I just wanted to see if there is a copy of the doc sheet out there I could print and keep in the box.

Congradulations on the purchase, PR ! I got mine second-hand too - it was about 3 years old, but in a beautiful shape (although I had to remove a sticker with the former owner's name and phone number from it - I removed the sticker, but the remains of the glue are still there, I'm too lazy to remove them properly ... :o ).

Olegis, thanks, use goo gone or whatever is available to you. Petrol/Gasoline should do it too, but will probably have nasty side effects.

Mine is almost brand new with only a couple months use, the guy found it too heavy. No dust, no nothing. I'm really happy with it so far, still don't get why he would throw the docs out though.

a product called Un-Do is specifically made for this purpose and used by a lot of scrapbookers. It will not leave any residue or damage the surface in any way. Basically wipe on, wipe off.
