nope its natural.. this is actually my first time doing this, i dont know stuff about flash and lightings, so i started to improvise. since i dont have a "good" flash i took the desk lamp put a serviette to sort of diffuse the light to mimic that effect. and for the other stuff, i used a black cloth then put a glass (took it from a picture frame, haha) to get the reflection..

so yeah.. haha, funny aye..
