View Full Version : Auto-rotate images

I've just bought a second IXUS, 1st was an original, new one is v3. One nice feature is the auto-rotate feature (well, to be more precise the camera's ability to detect orientation and adjust exposure accordingly).
When I download the images, ZoomBrowser downloads two copies of all non-landscape images. The first is the image as taken, i.e. rotated either -90 or +90, the second image is rotated automatically depending on the orientation.
Problem is, I only need ONE copy of each photo (each rotated copy is a lossless rotation).
With my older camera, I simply rotated all the images prior to download - shame I don't seem to be able to do this with the v3 and ZoomBrowser 4.
Any help/advice anyone?!
Thanks

Hi,

good choice of camera! They are very cool.

What OS are you using?

Have you used the Picture Transfer Protocol (if you have WinXP or OSX)
