<Performing Arts> Warped Tour question: Waiver

So, for those of you who shot Warped Tour...

I make it a practice to take a copy of all of the waivers I sign. For some reason, the shot of the waiver I signed for this year's Warped Tour is corrupted.. and I don't have a backup. Anyone have a copy they'd be willing to post, so I have a copy for my records?

I didn't remember signing a waiver at warped.

I seem to remember signing something.. hmm. Maybe it's just my mind playing tricks on me... but I remember taking a shot of some sort of notice, waiver, or something of that sort. Perhaps it was just the media sign-in.

I'm in the process of posting all of my concert shots to my smugmug account, but wanted to make sure I don't go putting things up that I agreed not to. Couldn't remember what the Warped Tour terms were.. and the one shot that should have that info (the very first shot of every concert series) is corrupted.

Oh well.
