Hello all, am new to this forum, and new to digital photography. I have a feeling I'm having a 'blonde' moment, but please bear with me - all help gratefully received.

I have a Canon IXUS500 and a PIXMA iP8500 printer.

The software that 'installed' itself is Zoombrowser EX. I also have EasyPhotoPrint.

I've no problem printing images from Easy Photo Print.

I can create and print album pages with Zoombrowser.

However, if I enhance an image in Easyphotoprint, and save the amended file, it saves into EPP format - it does not give me the option to save as jpg.

If I then try and load the enhanced image into Zoombrowser, it doesn't recognise the EPP format. THe main thing I've been enhacning is red-eye - which I obviously want to get rid of before I print album pages.

Zoombrowser allows me to choose an image editor, but doesn't seem to take any notice if I choose the EPP.

Can anyone help?

Am I missing something really vital?

I'm on PC - Windows XP.

THanks in advance!

Hi Sarah

This will probably not be of any help, but why not try using another programme like ACDSee 6, which you can get free as a demo from ACDSee.

Hope this helps

Thanks Tigger - I've had a look at their site, but can't see anything about making album pages to print - which is what I'm wanting to do!

The editing software I've got works ok (might upgrade when I'm more proficient!) it's just transferring the edited images into the album-creating software that's the problem!
