I'm not sure why, inside PS:CS it looks really yellow and warm... but when I Save As For Web it takes it away and it's very cold....

Nice picture, and kev I noticed that as well.
I think it has something to do with the color management profile you have selected in photoshop. I'm no expert on how to adjust as I have this problem myself also.

Before you save for web, go to "Image -> mode ->convert to profile" and select profile "sRGB IECXXXXXX" and click ok. Then go to "Image -> mode -> Assign profile", tick "Profile" and select again "sRGBxxxxxxx" and click OK. Now do "Save for Web".

PS. You can record this as action.
PPS. Very nice photo. I do not find background a problem, because she is doing something on/to it.
