need help

I accidentally copied an image into My Documents in Microsoft instead of into Zoombrowser to a new folder. Now the image is deleted from my Canon S30.
How do I get from My Documents to Zoombrowser so I can crop and print the image?
Probably there is a simple answer. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Open up an Explorer Window (this is the one that shows drives, directories and files).

Find you photos, there should be a "My Documents" Directory visable when you open the explorer window.

Now you have to know where Zoombrowser stores the folders, or where you want the new folder.

with both directories visable from the explore window select the photos and then just drag and drop them into the Zoombrowser folder you want.

For more specific explanation more specific info needed.
