I like the lighting and colors, but it seems a little bottom heavy to me.

It really is dancing.
But I have to confess that I spent a few minutes at Sheila's Shutter Freaks where I saw some beautiful outdoor photos. I was struck by their simplicity of scene -- in some cases this was also related to the clean looking fields and trees that the photographer had access to.
In particular, I was blown away by John Smeets

I love trees. But when I refect on Smeets achievement, I relalize that I have a lot more thinking and photo-work to do to find material that blast off. So I love your dance. But, I am waiting for your rocket ship.

Thank you very much for your kind comments. Somehow living in sub-tropical region, it is hard to 1) shoot sparse trees and 2) shoot spare trees without man-made objects. That is one of the reasons I love Don Ellis's trees. :D
I looked at the gallery Howie pointed, and it is great. I will keep looking around and see what I can find. :)
