Perhaps at night on a tripod, where the light is from the fire not from the sunny sky outside? That looks like a very nice place though, your cabin? your house?

Thanks. This was our chalet for our skiing holiday last week in France. And that's me in there too :D

I was limited on when I could shoot it, i.e., when everyone was out! so lighting was a bit of a case of what it was. I can see what you mean about it being cold though. Bit more tweeking may be in order
