Football Memory Mate opinions wanted

Just messing with designs for memory mates... any of these work for anyone? I believe I'll be adding player names and numbers and position. Also - most of the rest of the team gave me some good mean looks for the large headshot -- this guy just couldn't not smile!

I like the layout and the use of the B&W background shot. The color background shot draws too much attention. I would definitely add the name, the number isn't necessary since it's on the jersey. I just don't know where you would put the name unless you make the team photo smaller, then you could put the name up the side in the black.
