Can't supress country

I don't seem to be able to surpress the country from showing in the 4 or 7 thumbnails per row index view (I can supress location by adding and assigning a blank location)

Where is it possible to edit the valid countries and add a blank one ? - this would allow me to surpress the country

Use Country "n/a" and location "Unknown" in photo editor.
