Pretty neat Leo.
I don't know about anyone else but I think I see a couple of the lines where you merge the images.http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif
That's a great idea. Now I would only have to have the shot from the front.

#2 guide did a very good job for me and, obviously, #1 guide trained him very well. :D
He took me a very exclusive spot known only to one other person (hmm, come to think of it, that other person is you! :) ) and away from the other "rift-rafts" haunting Ile Bizard  .

Gosh! Thanks, everyone. I really wasn't expecting this type of reaction to my "pano" picture. I did it just for fun and to give a view of the GGO from a different perspective.
Thanks again for all your kind words.

Really creative use of some really good shots. If I ever get some shots like that, I'm "borrowing" your idea!

I'm envious. It's a chance photo that only few could ever capture. Well done. Love the title too.

I keep waiting for the owl to hit its head on my screen.

There were a total of 11 frames that I actually shot but on the last 3 frames, the owl was so close that I only had partial shots of the body so I left them out. The pano is made up of 8 frames (as you can tell by counting the number of individual owls there are in the picture).

Actually, it turns out that there were 4 frames that I didn't use in the stitching. Here they are below:
