I would like to know if there is any difference between a "MADE IN JAPAN" and "MADE IN CHINA" battery that came with my camera i just bought.

It is the NB-NL4. Is one better or will last longer than the other? Since I know someone who bought one the same time i did, but instead he got a made in JAPAN one and i got the CHINA one...

Should i get it exchanged for a japan one?

Also, just to ask, anyone owning a SD1100 or SD1000 who has japan who has china?

thanks for your time guys, I am new here. Just got a canon, only had Nikons before. So i have joined the dark side lol!!!

hope to hear from you guys!!!

No difference. Same manufacturer's specs regardless. Just go out and take pictures.

I got a Japanese battery with my camera but also bought a Chinese battery as a spare. Both work superbly and there is no difference at all.

Stop worrying, start enjoying
