Can anyone recommend a good black and white plug in for Adobe photoshop? I need to convert some colour photos. Similarly. one that gives a grain associated with low light films eg 400,800asa.

Many thanks

Thanks for the link. It works just fine. Pretty nice for a freebie.

For post processing techniques I would highly recommend using "Actions" as opposed to "Filters".

You can find many excellent quality free actions at http://atncentral.com/ .

Enjoy!

If you check the Sticky post at the top of the Post Processing forum (where this thread has been moved) you will see there are a few methods discussed there :)

Free ones! :)

Look at the Fred Miranda: BW Workflow Pro ($29.90 download)
But worth it in my opinion. Numerous effects, grain, intensity, and Duo toning as well
