Hi, I have a Manfrotto 190xprob tripod and really like how easy it is to set the center column as horizontal for macro work, however, I'd really love it if I could set it at any angle I want. Much faster to change the angle than the height of the legs while crawling around in a flower bed.

Does anyone here use one of these tripods? They also make the same models out of carbon, but I don't care about the weight and the price difference is not justifiable to me.

Thanks!

Oliver

Sorry mate, can't help you with the tripod. I have a Manfrotto 3021B with ballhead, but I never use it for macro. Was just going to mention that you'd probably get better answers in the accessories equipment section of the forum rather than the macro photo sharing section ;)

ah, thanks, I'll check over there then! Sorry if I posted in the wrong branch of the forum...
