Looking for a P/S, price range.

I'm looking for a nice p/s camera but on a budget. It needs to be around $100, new or used, but prefer it be new. Oh also, I would like to have a pretty decent 'movie' mode.

I saw the A590 IS is a little over my budget ($129) but I read people have been saying the older models were better?
