#2 for me, as I am partial to high contrast...first looks little soft to me..

#2 because it looks alot sharper and #1 looks a bit flat

#2 for sure... the soft focus effects are better left for chicks next to a fireplace IMO :)
... unless you really go OTT and make it ghostly... but that middle step is not enough to look deliberate, so its definitely #2 for me.

#1 - That is a fanstastic picture and the kind of thing im hoping to acheive when I head off to New Zealand for 3 weeks in 6 weeks time.

Was this taken below the conundrum hot springs near Aspen? I have never seen the area in the summer but used to go every winter for a while.
