Wisconsin's Oldest Tap and Dining room Since 1848

The restaurant that I have been chef at for over 25 years is the oldest continually running tap and dining room in Wisconsin (Since 1848 ) It is full of antiques all the way back to the end of the Indian Wars. The owners asked me to photograph a lot of it so they can make a book for people who are unable to venture up to the 2nd and 3rd floor museum. That way they will be able to still see whats up there. After I got going for a couple hours I realized I could do this for days and still not capture half of it. It also became very interesting to me. These are a few that I took but I still have a long way to go.
