Easy way to view all comments from public gallery?

I know I can go into the Admin area and view and/or edit all comments at once. But is there any way to view all the comments (and see what pictures or exhibitions they belong to) from the public gallery?

Also, I noticed you can enter your email address, home page, etc. when creating a comment. But the only thing that shows up in the public gallery is their name. How do I get their email address, home page, etc. to show up?

Comment homepages are shown as you see e.g. in http://www.photography-on-the.net/gallery/photo.php?photo=9

Email address is for contact info only and because of smap robots it is unwise to display them for public.
