Hello POTNers!
I did a portfolio-building shoot for a friend of mine and I am fixing to send the files to her, do you think she will be happy with these? Do I need to change anything? I haven't calibrated my moniter yet, so I am hoping these won't look like crap when they are printed. Thanks for looking please feel free to tell me ANYTHING.

VERY cute!! If I were her mother, I'd be happy to have these pictures!! They have a sort of Anne Geddes feel to them. Good job!

These shots are really beautiful. On my VERY newly calibrated monitor, she has a strong pink cast, but it will be interesting to see if anyone else sees it. I am not ready to trust this new profile quite yet. :)

Fabulous pics!! She has a bit of a pink cast on my (calibrated for a while) monitor, the first two are just a smidge yellow as well but I LOVE the pics.

This is closer to where my monitor says the color should be. I feel she's blue here, but my numbers say I'm wrong. I have to recalibrate my brain because it has been compensating for my monitor, I guess. Was there more than one temperature of light source used? Like indoor lamps as well as window light? It seemed like there were different colors on each side of her face.

I went -12 on the red channel using the eye dropper on baby's forehead (left side) in pic #2 and it looked fine.

Ya know, I do see some pink......but I also see blue in Andrea's edit...........that is the toughest part for me-getting the skin tones correct and consistent. These were all taken outdoors in early morning light. I think I used my diffuser that came with my reflector set on some of these. oh, and I do see the yellow too. I have a super-cute shot of her crying, but I just couldn't figure out how to edit it to make it look better so I left it out! I have so much to learn. Thank you everyone for your sweet words and comments!

Post your crying shot, I'll bet some of the PS experts will have some suggestions for you!
I would be extremely pleased with them if I were mom!

Absolutely beautiful shots!
On my screen she is a tiny bit pink, but I think they look great, babies are pink.

I see a slight cast on my calibrated monitor. Otherwise they are well composed and quite cute.

Yeah, on my monitor that is fairly close...this looks like it has a slight cyan cast.
The originals looked fine to me...the color cast you are seeing is the reflection of the pink material.
And Mom will love these.

I think what everyone is seeing is a bit of over-saturation. Here is an edit with the saturation lowered.

I also lowered the saturation but of the baby's skin only and left the more vibrant pink of the material. then I added just a smidge of skin softening.
