I like three. I just wish that the kerbs on the foreground is a bit more in the shot. Just a touch blurred for my taste.
edit: was 8 shot in a burst? If it was, what happened 1 or 2 frames after. Did the reflection in the water not work out?

EXCELLENT series! Vermulen, while I don't like crashes in any sport, was caught at a great time! Luckily you didn't catch him high-siding.

Thanks for all the comments!
I may post more in another thread once I edit some more. We are limited to 8 per thread, correct? I have some other goods shots, but some of them are underexposed or rain on the glass due to the weather which was atrocious, but added a very interesting element as well. :)
Borbor, I have other shots where the kerbs are in the foreground more, but the one I chose to post looked the best to me. I don't know if it was simply the bike placement or what? That shot was actually shot through the fence too.
No. 8 was not a burst. Unfortunately for me, but fortunate for the riders, the water faded away as it intersected the racing line. Indy brought out their huge jet engined track dryers prior to the race.
I must add that Indy did an outstanding job!!! I was a little reluctant to go watch a MotoGP race inside of a circle track, but I left totally impressed and satisfied... even if I didn't get to see the 250s race. Indy certainly knows how to conduct a race. Sure , there are some things they could do to improve things, but all in all, I give it an A minus!
Rockstar!
RCG, coming from you, that means a lot. Thanks again for everything!

I have a few similar non-Doctor shots. I know I have a pretty good one of Hayden with even more reflection.

Post some more! Really excellent shots. Love the one Stoner waiting for Rossi!
Couple more from a little different perspective.
1. Spies - Friday 1st Free Practice. I like the almost uniform background.

2. Hopkins - Friday 2nd Free Practice. Still not afraid to lean it, even in the wet.

I stumbled across this site when they posted some very interesting pics of the Singapore night F1 race. Turns out they also posted some interesting pics of the Austrailian MotoGP race.

I love the one of Stoner and Hayden cresting the hill at the top of what looks like Lukey Heights.
