Here is the finished version. Its a rough attempt because I have yet to shoot test it. I may have to work on the ideal bend and then sand the edges. They are hot glued by the far side overlap. The glue is very sturdy yet completely removable if necessary.

OK Final Version that seems to meet my needs. Has two layers of white cloth and bubble wrap.
