Number of posted images

I would like to post several (4-6) images, properly sized. The file manager seems to limit the attachments to two, although in the sports section I see most posters have more than that number. Please advise.

There are two ways you can pot images to be viewed directly in a thread.

1. A direct upload or attachment which hosts the image on this server. Here there are physical file size limits, resolution limits, and number of file limits.

2. If your images are allready hosted on another site or gallery that allows "Hotlinking" or "embeddng" on another server,. then you can display your images here that way as well. This method uses the [ ing ] tags, and is preferable in some cases.

With Method two,. ther is no actal physical limtiation of either files size or number of images,. however there are still forum rules.
A: Keep your images at 800 wide or smaller
B: try to keep file size down per image to under 2k
C: No more than 8 images in a thread, and if posting more than one image,. disclose the number of images in the thred title.

Lastly, in all of the "Share" forums there is a sticky thread with all of these guideleines and explanations listed.

There are basically 2 ways to posts photos.

1. is upload to this server, Here there is a limit of 2 images and max 100K per image.
2. host the image somewhere else and link them here. www.pbase.com is one place many use, I host on my own website and so do others.

Don't you mean 100 KB?
