So I bought a Bg-E3 off of here. It looks as if it's perfect condition, but he sold for $50 b/c it had some glue residue you could barely see.

Well I tested when I got and it worked fine.

Take it on my first shoot and after maybe 100 shots or so it just stopped working. I thought maybw it was camera, or batteries dead. So i tried fresh batteries, then took grip off and it worked fine with 1 battery directly in camera?

What should I do?

I don't have a warranty card?

IF I did could I get it fixed for free?

Nothing appears to be wrong with it, but I don't think it's a coicidence he sold so cheap...

Should I try and get refund through paypal?

Thanks!

Jesse

sorry to say, for fifty bucks, chalk it up as a life lesson. When something seems to cheap, there's usually a reason. I'm not saying the seller knew there was something wrong, but if it seems to good to be true, it usually is.

POTN does not allow negative feedback, however presented, on sales transactions. There are altogether too many ways in which miscommunication, user error, or other factors lead to misunderstanding. Discussion aimed at resolving the problem with the hardware is permissible. Talk which attempts to skewer one party to a transaction will not. Repeating communications doesn't convey all the nuances of tone, for instance, which may have been in a conversation.
