I'm really impressed with this new version. The image stabilization on this little P&S is excellent. I shot this photo at a night game in Busch Stadium in St. Louis. I was in the second deck on the first base side. I was at full 10X zoom (360mm), the camera was handheld, f4.5 at 1/60. BTW, the Cardinals won the game seven to four.

Did you have the SX100? I can't imagine that much of a difference. IN fact I didn't notice any when testing them except it's bigger.
And they won just standing around!?! Guess it was a down time eh?
Oh, WELCOME! http://img118.exs.cx/img118/7837/d0kcheers.gif

I love shooting baseball games with the SX110 IS. I love having a 10X zoom in such a compact camera.

I just bought one to carry around when I don't want to lug my 40D, and after a day with it I am very impressed! I picked it up at Circuit City for $249, truely a great deal for this camera.
The 10X optical zoom is the main reason I went for it, and so far it hasn't let me down!! More to follow once I get more pics this weekend...
