Skiier Girl

This was my first chance to use the big gun for some actual sport action. 70-210mm f2.8 baby! And I chose snow! :rolleyes:
Unfortunately I'm not good enough on the snow planks to risk taking my camera kit out unless I'm on foot.
But I managed to get some shots in from a bridge over a run
What does everyone think?

i know you have tried to expose for the girl and hence sacrifice the snow, but i think it would look better if you drop down a stop or two, to get some snow detail
I have not tried snow yet but will be doing soon :-)

Yeah, it's something I learnt. I took some shots of random people to get the exposure right, but in the glare, the more contrasted shots look right on the LCD, so you must compensate for that
