This afternoon after work I walked around the parking lot to try out my new (to me) 20D and got a few shots of some bees working on some sunflowers. I like this one the best. While it's not the best shot, it is the only one with a bee flying. 20D, 50 mm 1.8.

C/C would be greatly appreciated, as I really don't have much of a clue at this point :).

Well it's a pretty good shot of a bee in flight- a very hard subject to start with :). The image noise spoils it a bit- try cleaning it up with the free copy of neatimage.

Thanks, although it was more luck than skill, I'll tell ya. She started to take off, and so I held down the button and got her.

I've downloaded neatimage, but haven't had a chance to work with it any yet. We're having some folks over tomorrow, and my wife has had me busy all evening. I'll give it a try when I get time and post the results here.

Man, this stuff is fun, isn't it?
