This is one of the first HDR photos I ever made. I think it turned out nicely except for the trees. I get color comments every time I post this pic on the net. The elephants are orange because their "habitat" at the Zoo is made from red clay.

Very nice shot. I knew about the clay coloring and have seen it before. And she is obviously a poser, putting on a wig for the shoot. :lol:

I really like it. But I don't understand one thing. You have to take 3+ pictures for an HDR right? So the elephants stood still?

You can play games with one raw as well.

Charles has a 1D MkIII. Put that bad boy in AEB and bang them off at 10fps and it would have to be one fast elephant to make those unusable. :)

That was taken about 1.5-2 years ago with the 30D.
