Yellow boat -Redone

Here is a boat that I took picture of this summer.
Wasn't to happy with my job in PP then.
Redid it tonight. Done in Photomatix with EV +/-2
Adjusted levels and curves very little in CS3

The one I have now is from the front.

Got too much red in it for my taste. It even bleeds into the yellow. The other one is very nice though. :)

nothing a quick Hue / sat treatment wont fix... nice shot arctic... i never really tried a boat before.. just some floating music hall barge thing here in New Haven.. lol

i have problem whenever i shoot anything with a lot of yellow in it too. still nice shot.

Yes I noticed that. But I also have to get my screens calibrated. Have to see if I can find a cheap spyder2 on ebay.

I guess I have to play some more. Might look into that Lucis Artsfilter to really do something different
