Earthshine

[Nighthound]

I've always been impressed by the fill light cast from Earth nearly a quarter of a million miles onto the shadow area of the Moon. Here's a few of my samples.

Cool shots! A couple of years ago I tried imaging Earthshine with just a 100-400mm lens and fell flat on my face. Your images are just what I had in mind but could not do.

Why not? Just keep bumping the exposure. It's there. :)
