Don't ask me what they were doing. One on the right looked like it was feeding on something. Can't make out what that white stuff is on their wings. Too small to be dew I thought. Frost? Pollen?

Its a lovely photo - actually quite pretty.

Well they are both covered in tiny water drops and if you had a frost then I guess frost is a possibility.
