tripod help

I have a budget of around 200 Euros, and looking for a tripod and head set that accomodates my 100-400....any suggestions guys?

The most often recommended combination (for very good reasons) here has been the Manfrotto 055XProB topped off with the Manfrotto 488RC2. This is a very good general-purpose tripod/head rig for still photography with lenses out to 400mm or so. It isn't the lightest tripod available but it is a VERY good compromise between its own weight and rigidity. It is also extremely versatile in that you can position the camera in many different ways.
