Hi All,
I posted these last week in a different thread but I only got one comment so I thought I'd re-post here.
I only recently bought an SLR camera so I'm just a beginer but I thought I'd give HDR a go.
I would appreciate some C&C from you more experienced Photographers to help me improve. Cheers.

The subject matter is very nice, but I am not a fan of angled shots. And the last one is not level. What program did you do the HDR with?

love the second one and yeah, the third would be killer if not for the angle on it..

The lines and textures in that wall, the greenery background, the reflections in the water - a killer shot if it were not made so disorienting to the viewer by being twisted on an angle.

Thanks for your comments guys. I'm off to France for the weekend so I will make sure that I don't get tempted by the deamon Diagnal camera :)
Judging by the comments, am I to beleive that if it wasn't for the 3rd one, the others are OK?
@CanonLoader - I used Photomatix to create the HDR images.

Even the third one is OK, but it would have been spectacular if it were level. Remember, your dealing with a lot of old people in these forums, hard to bend the old neck when your getting on. ;)
The last one could also use some leveling. :)

Overlooking your personal, offensive reply, it has nothing to do with age no more than when people do and do not like selective color, like or dislike tonemapped or normal HDR, hate or love the Dave Hill effect, etc. People young and old alike have opinions about art, and the key operative word here is art.
Whenever you delve into the world of art, you will have differing opinions, and discussions about art's various aspects will ensue. Perhaps as opposed to making personal comments about the people who may hold different views than yourself, you would be better served discussing your views on the art itself.

Im not totally against the tilt, i like the tilted car photos sometimes... but i will suggest, if you want to tilt, do it in the cropping phase, this way you can go back and re do the original file straight if need be.. just like doing a black and white.. its always better to convert than shoot in B&W...
wow, youre gonna have a ball in France.. should be a great trip, bring lotsa mem cards!!!

@Zacker - I had realised that If I wanted to produce a B&W image, It would be better to do that as PP but didn't think at the time to do the same with the Diagonal... I guess the fact that I have only been into Photography for less than 2 months is showing through  I will definately heed your good advice from now on, thank you.
I just purchased another memory card for the trip as, even though on my last trip to France I was not into photography, I realised the potential for some great shots.
I will post some of the shots on here to tap into everyones experience for some C&C.
